Returns and warranty
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. If for whatever reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after purchase, no questions asked as long as the product including the cables are still in the original packaging and are not damaged.
We pride ourselves on the quality of POGS headphones. In case something is wrong with your POGS, we offer a 2 year limited warranty.
Please see below how to exchange your purchase or make use of this warranty if needed.
Exchange & returns within 14 days of purchase
If you purchased your POGS through a POGS website, please follow the simple steps in our portal, which you can enter here.
If you need any help with your return, please email our customer service via email@example.com, and include your order number, the reason for your return, and your desired solution (exchange or return).
If you ordered your POGS through one of our partners, like Amazon, please visit their site and you will either find a returns or customer service link at the top of their homepage that will take you through their returns process.
Warranty up to 2 years after purchase
In the very unfortunate case you have an issue with your POGS, you can send it back to us within 2 years after purchase. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions and user manual to see if your issue can be solved before returning your product.
Problem not resolved? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and and include your order number and a description of the problem you encounter with your POGS. Our customer service will set to work right away to solve your issue.
Note, if you ordered your product less than 14 days ago, please make use of our portal.

I am very positive. We have two headphones and when we had difficulties with the wire or a broken headphone there was easy communication and we received a new one.
The headphones are easy to use and the fit is perfect for kids.

The POGS headphone wire didn't work well. Unfortunately our warranty had just expired after 2 years. I contacted customer service and presented my problem, they thought along and solved this problem, without any difficulty. Great service, Happy kids, happy life. :)
Found headphones for my grand sons with robust body, good sound and easy to use.
We bought our second pair 2.5 years after the first for our second year , just to notice that the linkage (triangle port) was broken on the old one and our kids couldn't listen together.
We've had quick and kind responses to our mailings and Pogs eventually provided us a new one with instructions to recycle the old.
I rarely write reviews, but this time I'm just utterly pleased with the service.

Door een malfunctie van de kabels bij de hoofdtelefoon van onze oudste zoon kon hij zijn hoofdtelefoon niet meer gebruiken. Met slechts 1 mailtje naar de klantendienst kregen we onmiddellijk een nieuw paar kabels aangeboden en kon onze zoon opnieuw genieten van zijn hoofdtelefoon. Zeer tevreden van de kwaliteit van het product én de service. Wij bestellen binnenkort sowieso een 2de hoofdtelefoon voor onze jongste zoon.
Onze Gecko koptelefoons werden vervangen zonder discussie of vragen nadat ik de dienst na verkoop contacteerde en aangaf wat er aan de hand was. Binnen enkele werkdagen werd ons een nieuw exemplaar bezorgd! Die werken uiteraard perfect draadloos! Bedankt POGS, jullie zijn echt wat jullie beloven! 💯👌🏼
Uns gefallen die Farben und das Design, wichtig ist aber auch die reduzierte Lautstärke für Kinderohren. Der Service von POGS ist ausgezeichnet als ich einen Hörer reklamieren musste.
