Retour pogs after defect

I wrote an email that my pogs didn't work well (only one ear worked) while I bought this 1 year ago. Without a doubt I could get a new one and the old one was sent back (for investigation) without any extra costs. I couldn't wish for a better service, fantastic!!!!!
