blown away by the kind support

We bought our second pair 2.5 years after the first for our second year , just to notice that the linkage (triangle port) was broken on the old one and our kids couldn't listen together.
We've had quick and kind responses to our mailings and Pogs eventually provided us a new one with instructions to recycle the old.
I rarely write reviews, but this time I'm just utterly pleased with the service.

Best recommended product!

School asked for headphones and after asking and browsing around, a couple of contacts recommended Pogs. It is comfortable for my kid to wear, has a very nice and practical presentation and the price is very reasonable.
