After exactly 1 year, the Pogs didn’t work anymore. So I ask the device what we can do and the company sended us a new one without any problems. Thank you so much! You made a little boy very happy.
The sound from one of my children’s headphones on one side stopt working. Immediately I got the possibility to send it back en received a new one. Great service!!
Our pogs broke... It somehow snapped in the joint. I asked the customer service if it was possible to get it fixed. No. They sent a new one.

We complained about a broken cable and received a friendly reply immediately and a new cable within days…without having to provide any further information (e.g. purchasing date, shipping address,…). It was all done for us! This perfect customer service made us love the POGS headphones even more!
