POGS The Elephant and The Gecko come with both the QuickSafe and POGlink cables included in the box. Just like the headphones, the cables are built to last. It can happen though that they get lost or get twisted one too many times. Fortunately, all POGS cables are detachable for easy replacement if needed so you can still use your POGS headphones for a long time.

The POGS headphone wire didn't work well. Unfortunately our warranty had just expired after 2 years. I contacted customer service and presented my problem, they thought along and solved this problem, without any difficulty. Great service, Happy kids, happy life. :)

Vervanging niet functionerende kabels

Door een malfunctie van de kabels bij de hoofdtelefoon van onze oudste zoon kon hij zijn hoofdtelefoon niet meer gebruiken. Met slechts 1 mailtje naar de klantendienst kregen we onmiddellijk een nieuw paar kabels aangeboden en kon onze zoon opnieuw genieten van zijn hoofdtelefoon. Zeer tevreden van de kwaliteit van het product én de service. Wij bestellen binnenkort sowieso een 2de hoofdtelefoon voor onze jongste zoon.

User manual

Well, we don't actually have a user manual for the cables. It's pretty straight forward, the round plugs fit in the round jack on your headphones and your device. The triangular plugs fit into the triangular jacks on your POGS allowing you to connect multiple POGS together.

You can also connect more than two POGS together with a bit more creativity. After you have hooked up the second headphones using the POGLink cable (triangular plug), then connect the third headphones with the QuickSafe cable (round plug). For the fourth one, once again use a POGLink cable (triangular plug) and so on. To remember easily, just make sure round plugs go into the round holes, triangular plugs into the triangular holes. Please make sure you press the plugs firmly into the jacks.
